Returns Policy

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us through our email –  Octopass_scientific1@yahoo.com  or WhatsApp: +8801711-934592. Your product will be eligible for a refund depending on the product category and condition.

Please keep in mind that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”

For device-related issues after usage, you can return within 7 days with a valid reason, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable) or inform us of warranty service.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and without any flaws.
  • The product must include the user manual, warranty cards, original tags, freebies, and accessories.
  • The product must be returned in the undamaged original manufacturer packaging/box.
